1. How is the purchase process?
- The purchase process is very easy, just follow the following steps:
- Add the products you want to purchase to your shopping cart; the button comes inside each product page.
- When your order is complete, click Checkout, that will take you to a page where you can fill in your shipping details.
- We will present you with three payment options: PayPal Plus, Credit Card or Bank Deposit. Choose the one that works best for you.
- Then you should receive a confirmation email.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
The payment of the Product can be made by means of a bank credit card, PayPal Plus, bank deposit.
3. To which states do you ship orders?
To the entire Mexican Republic.
4. Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the Mexican Republic. We hope to be able to ship internationally soon!
5. Who will deliver my order?
The supplier that fills the orders is FedEx.
6. What is the delivery time of my order?
Once your order has been processed and you receive confirmation of your payment from the banking institution, it or the items purchased will be sent by parcel. FedEx.
The date you will receive your shipment will be 3-5 business days after receipt of the purchase order, Saturdays and Sundays are not valid for the preparation of orders.
7. What is the shipping cost?

8. How can I track my order number?
